Add Attachments to BOE List.

Description: Would it be possible to add a column to the “BOE List” view in BOE Pro that would show the number of attachments for each BOE?

Use Case/Example: The concern is that if an author adds an attachment in a BOE, how would reviewers and approvers know to look for attachments? And Pricing teams would like to be able to determine where there are attachments without going into every BOE.
