Auto Find Formula in the Section Properties.

Feature Request: Default Auto-Find Formulas Setting per BOE Section

Summary:
Introduce a configurable setting at the BOE section level to control whether auto-find formulas are enabled or disabled by default. This allows sections that will never use formulas to start with auto-find turned off, reducing unnecessary manual toggling for users.

Problem Statement:
Today, auto-find formulas are enabled by default for all BOE sections, even in sections where formulas are never used. Users must repeatedly turn off auto-find formulas each time they work in those sections. This adds extra clicks, slows down workflow, and creates friction in otherwise simple data entry tasks.

Proposed Solution:
Add a section-level property that allows users (or administrators) to set the default auto-find formulas behavior for each BOE section (e.g., “On” or “Off” by default).
When a new line or item is created in that section, it should inherit the section’s default auto-find setting.
Users should still be able to manually toggle auto-find formulas on a per-item basis when needed, without changing the section default.
The section default should be clearly visible and easily adjustable in the section properties so teams can configure it once and rely on consistent behavior.

Benefits:
Reduces repetitive manual steps for users in sections that do not use formulas.
Improves efficiency and speed when working in BOE sections with predictable behavior.
Decreases the risk of unintended formulas being applied in sections where they are not desired.
Enhances overall user satisfaction by aligning system behavior with real-world usage patterns of different BOE sections.
