Auto Find Formula in the Section Properties.

Description: Add a setting in the BOE section to default the auto-find formulas for that section to off.

Use Case/Example: Certain sections in the BOE will never have formulas. The user currently has to turn off auto-find formulas causing extra clicks for the user.
