Remove the Calculation when the Formula is removed.

Description: When a user manual removes a formula from the BOE section, delete it from the Calculation Tab. If the calculation already has Resources assigned, provide a popup asking the user if they want to delete the resource assignment. When the user deletes a calculation from the calculations tab that already has resources assigned, provide a popup asking the user if they want to delete the resource assignments.
