Summary:
Users want to ensure that all values in a BOE are fully allocated before submitting to CE. To support this, we should add a "Remaining" column to the Audit report that shows unallocated values, and trigger a warning during the Submit to CE process if any BOE entries still have Remaining amounts.
Requested Enhancements:
Add a “Remaining” column to the Audit report to show the difference between allocated and total values.
Include this column dynamically for each BOE row in the report.
During the “Submit to CE” workflow, validate whether any BOEs have non-zero Remaining values.
If such BOEs are found, display a warning summarizing the issue and allow the user to either cancel or proceed.
Goal:
Help users catch unallocated values early, improve proposal quality, and avoid incomplete submissions to CE.
