Filter for RAM Group for people that are assigned in the workflow in the proposal

Feature Request: RAM View Filter by Workflow Assignees

Summary:
Enable users to filter the RAM view by proposal workflow assignees through a dedicated, filterable column. This will allow teams to quickly identify and select only those users who are already assigned to the proposal workflow when configuring RAM groups.

Problem Statement:
When setting up RAM groups for a proposal, users currently have no easy way to distinguish which users are actually assigned in the proposal’s workflow. This makes it difficult and time-consuming to ensure that only relevant, workflow-participating users are added to the RAM group. As a result, users may accidentally include non-participating users, introduce confusion in responsibility assignments, and spend extra effort manually cross-referencing workflow assignments.

Proposed Solution:
Add a new, filterable column in the RAM view that indicates whether a user is assigned in the proposal workflow.
Allow users to filter the RAM list to show only users who are part of the proposal’s workflow.
Support standard filtering behaviors (e.g., checkbox filter, dropdown, or search) so users can quickly narrow down the list.
Ensure the filter is context-aware and reflects the workflow assignments for the specific proposal currently being configured.
