Feature Request: Horizontal scrolling in elements sidebar

Summary:
Enable horizontal scrolling within the BOE Pro elements sidebar so users can access the indicators column without needing to resize the main workspace area. This allows users to maintain their preferred canvas width while still viewing all sidebar information.

Problem Statement:
Currently, when the workspace area is enlarged, the indicators column in the elements sidebar can be pushed out of view. The only way to reveal it is to resize the overall view, shrinking the workspace. This forces users to constantly adjust layout to access indicators, disrupting their workflow and reducing the usable design area.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce left-to-right (horizontal) scrolling within the elements sidebar so users can scroll to reveal columns that extend beyond the visible width.
Ensure the indicators column and any additional sidebar columns remain accessible via scrolling even when the main workspace area is expanded.
Preserve the user’s chosen workspace width on the right, so adjusting the canvas size does not require changing the sidebar width to view indicators.
Maintain smooth scrolling behavior and visual cues (e.g., partial column visibility or scrollbars) to indicate that more content is available off-screen.
