Left to right scrolling within BOE Pro Elements/ Indicator sidebar.

Description: Users should be able to scroll left to right within the elements sidebar so we can see the indicators column and not have to resize the window if they have the workspace area larger.

Use Case/Example: In the attached screenshot, the indicators column is hidden in the Sidebar, and the only way to show it is to resize the view. If the user prefers a larger workspace on the right, they should be able to scroll over to see the indicators on the left Sidebar without having to resize the viewing area.
