Add QTR to the Pivot Grid

Description: Currently the time phasing does not allow for QTR. Add the option to pivot by QTR to the pivot grid in BOE Pro and group like items in the list of pivot selections. IE. Resource items should be grouped in the category Resource, Task items with Task and Cost item with Cost and Period (time phasing) items with Period. Make each group expandable and collapsible for easier navigation.
