Option to Revert to previous version of the BOE.

Feature Request: BOE Version Revert Functionality

Summary:
Enable users to restore the Basis of Estimates (BOE) to a previous saved version, allowing them to quickly undo unwanted changes or recover from errors. The feature should provide a clear version history with the ability to select and confirm a specific version to revert to, while respecting user permissions and maintaining an audit trail.

Problem Statement:
Currently, if a user makes a mistake—such as deleting important line items or applying incorrect updates—there is no straightforward way to return the BOE to a known good state. Users must attempt to manually reconstruct prior values, which is time-consuming, error-prone, and may not fully restore the original data. This creates risk for proposal accuracy, compliance, and schedule, especially under tight deadlines.

Proposed Solution:
Provide a BOE version history view that lists prior saved versions (with timestamps, user, and brief metadata).
Allow users with appropriate permissions to select a historical version and initiate a “Revert to this version” action.
Require explicit confirmation before applying the revert, clearly explaining what will change (e.g., line items, values, structures).
Record each revert action in the audit trail, including who reverted, when, and from/to which version.
Optionally provide a read-only preview or diff of the selected version versus the current BOE to help users validate before reverting.

Benefits:
Reduces risk of data loss by enabling quick recovery from accidental deletions or incorrect changes.
Improves efficiency by eliminating manual reconstruction of prior BOE states.
Enhances auditability and compliance through a clear, traceable version history and revert log.
Increases user confidence when making edits, knowing changes can be safely reversed.
Supports proposal continuity, especially during critical bid and review cycles.
