Feature Request: Template-Based Task and Resource Selection in BOE Pro

Summary:
Enable users to define and assign Task and Resource selections directly within BOE Pro templates so that proposals automatically inherit the correct configuration when created. This removes the need to wait for integration with CE before applying Task and Resource settings and reduces manual rework.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users must wait until a proposal is sent from BOE Pro to CE to manually copy the desired Task and Resource selection into the proposal. This introduces unnecessary manual steps, adds extra work for users, and increases the risk of configuration errors or omissions. For proposals with complex or repeatable structures, this workflow is inefficient and inconsistent.

Proposed Solution:
Allow administrators or authorized users to configure Task and Resource selections as part of BOE Pro templates.
When a new proposal is created from a template, automatically apply the template’s Task and Resource configuration to the proposal.
Provide an option for users to review and adjust the inherited Task and Resource selections before finalizing the proposal.
Ensure compatibility with the existing BOE Pro → CE integration so that template-driven Task and Resource data flows correctly without requiring additional manual mapping.
