Summary:
Introduce an AI-powered assistant (Dela) in BOE Pro that reviews, summarizes, and improves BOE text, validates estimates, and supports interactive, context-aware questions. The goal is to automate large parts of BOE authoring and review while enforcing consistency with estimating standards and templates.

Problem Statement:
Preparing and reviewing BOEs is highly manual and time-consuming. Authors must ensure clarity, completeness, and compliance with internal standards while validating estimates against historical data and similar BOEs. Today this depends on individual expertise, leading to inconsistent quality, limited reuse of prior work, and slow iteration cycles during proposals.

Proposed Solution:
Embed an AI Dela generative agent into BOE Pro with the following capabilities:

• BOE Text Analysis: Score sections on clarity, justification, completeness, consistency, and traceability using a configurable 100-point rubric.
• Automated Summarization: Generate concise summaries of BOE sections and full BOEs for faster stakeholder review.
• Smart Suggestions: Recommend improvements to wording, missing details, and structure based on organizational standards.
• Compliance Checks: Check BOE content against standard policies and template rules (including future checklist capabilities) and highlight non-compliant areas.
• Interactive Querying: Allow users to ask natural-language questions about a BOE or related estimates and receive context-aware answers.
• Estimate Validation: Compare estimates against historical data and similar BOEs from the BOE Library, surfacing variances and risk areas.

Provide configuration in BOE Pro Settings to define review parameters, upload reference material, and control which AI capabilities are available per role. Add UI entry points such as a "Run AI Review" button at BOE level and section-level AI review actions. Support an optional auto-apply mode where approved AI changes can be committed back into BOE text.
