Feature Request: Copy Proposal with Options
Summary:
Allow users to copy an existing proposal along with selected configuration options, structures, and content so they can quickly create new proposals based on proven patterns.
Problem Statement:
Users frequently need to create new proposals that are variations of existing ones. Manually recreating options, structures, and settings is time-consuming and introduces inconsistency and mistakes between related proposals.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a "Copy proposal with options" action that lets users choose which elements to include (e.g., WBS, pricing options, resources, BOE sections, workflows). Provide a clear summary of what will be copied, how references will be handled, and any values that will be reset (e.g., dates, identifiers).
Benefits:
Speeds up proposal creation, encourages reuse of best-practice configurations, and reduces errors by ensuring copied proposals start from a consistent, validated baseline.
