Feature Request: Default Task Description Naming
Summary:
Provide configurable default naming patterns for task descriptions to standardize how tasks are labeled across proposals.
Problem Statement:
Inconsistent task descriptions make it harder to scan, search, and compare work across proposals. Manual naming is slow and depends on each user remembering naming conventions.
Proposed Solution:
Allow administrators to define default task description templates that can include dynamic elements (such as WBS code, proposal name, or phase). When new tasks are created, populate the description using the template while still allowing users to customize as needed.
Benefits:
Improves consistency in task naming, accelerates task creation, and makes it easier to interpret task lists and reports across different proposals.
