Feature Request: Material Reporting Functions in BOE Pro

Summary:
Add Material Ad Hoc, Detail Materials, and Bill of Materials (BOM) reporting directly into BOE Pro, preserving all legacy CE report capabilities. Users should be able to generate, filter, and export material-focused reports from existing BOE Pro report menus, using only BOE Pro data and aligning with new material management enhancements.

Problem Statement:
Today, users who need detailed material insights (usage, cost, structure) rely on CE-based reports or fragmented workflows outside BOE Pro. This separation forces context switching, introduces inconsistency between BOE Pro data and CE reports, and risks misalignment with newer material management capabilities. As a result, users experience inefficiency, delayed analysis, and potential reporting discrepancies across systems.

Proposed Solution:
Bring the following CE reports into BOE Pro as first-class, BOE Pro–native reports: Material Ad Hoc, Detail Materials, and Bill of Materials.
Make these reports accessible from all existing BOE Pro report menus, following current navigation patterns and UI conventions.
Port all major CE report functions, including export to Excel/PDF, filtering, and parameter configuration, without loss of functionality.
Ensure all reports are driven solely by BOE Pro data and remain compatible with material data structures and enhancements delivered by related features (e.g., Material Data Retrieval and Management, Material View 2.0).
Maintain consistent user interface behavior and styling with other BOE Pro reporting features so that users experience a unified reporting workflow.
