Feature Request: View Assigned Materials in BOE View

Summary:
Enable BOE authors to see and select the materials/BOM items assigned to their portion of the PBS directly within the BOE View. This allows them to clearly understand, reference, and explain the bill of materials associated with their scope of work.

Problem Statement:
Currently, BOE authors cannot easily see which materials or BOM items are associated with their part of the PBS while working in the BOE View. This forces them to cross-reference external systems, spreadsheets, or separate BOM views, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of misunderstanding or misrepresenting the underlying materials. The lack of direct visibility makes it difficult to produce accurate, well-justified BOEs.

Proposed Solution:
Allow users, from within the BOE View, to:

• See a list or panel of assigned materials/BOM items linked to the selected PBS element.

• Select individual or multiple materials to review their details (e.g., part number, description, quantity, cost).

• Optionally filter or sort materials (e.g., by category, cost, or relevance to the current BOE section).

• Maintain a clear association between the BOE content and the underlying BOM so that updates to the BOM can be reflected or flagged in the BOE View.

• Reduces manual cross-referencing across tools or documents when authoring BOEs.

• Improves accuracy and consistency of BOE justifications tied directly to the correct BOM items.

• Speeds up BOE creation and review by keeping relevant materials visible in context.
