Feature Request: Task Period of Performance Variable in Composed Formulas

Summary:
Enable users to use Task Period of Performance (POP) as a variable in composed formulas. This should allow the formula to calculate values based on a task's duration in either months or days, depending on whether the proposal time is measured by month or by date.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users cannot reference Task Period of Performance directly within composed formulas. This limits their ability to build dynamic staffing, effort, or cost calculations based on task duration. As a result, users may need to calculate these values manually or maintain separate logic outside the system, which is inefficient and increases the risk of errors.

Proposed Solution:
Allow Task Period of Performance to be selected as a variable within composed formulas.
Support calculation by number of months when proposal time is month-based.
Support calculation by number of days when proposal time is date-based.
Ensure the variable can be combined with other formula components such as hours, rates, or staffing quantities.
For example, users should be able to create formulas such as: Task POP (Months) × 160 hours × 6 people.
The system should interpret the Task POP value according to the task’s configured time basis and apply it consistently in formula calculations.
