BOE List View should show all workflow steps and not just the first and last

Feature Request: BOE List View Workflow Step Visibility

Summary:
Enable the BOE List view to display all workflow steps as columns, including the user assigned to each step, so teams can review complete workflow status from a single view.

Problem Statement:
Currently, the BOE List view only shows the first and last workflow step as columns. This limits visibility into the full workflow and makes it difficult for users to quickly identify who is assigned to each intermediate step. As a result, teams must look elsewhere to gather assignment details, which slows down proposal standups and makes status reviews less efficient.

Proposed Solution:
Update the BOE List view to show all workflow steps as available columns rather than only the first and last steps.
Display the assigned user for each workflow step directly in the list view.
Ensure users can review the full workflow path and current ownership of each step without leaving the list.
Maintain a clear and readable layout so expanded workflow visibility remains useful even for processes with multiple steps.
