Increase the size of allowed data in BOE Sections to more than 100KB

Feature Request: Increase BOE Section Text Limit Visibility

Summary:
Provide users with real-time visibility into the amount of text entered in BOE sections and warn them before saving when they are approaching or exceeding the maximum allowed size. This feature should help users manage content length proactively and avoid failed saves caused by the current 200KB section limit.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users can enter more text into a BOE section than the system allows without any warning during editing. They only discover the issue after attempting to save, which interrupts their workflow and can create confusion and frustration. This lack of visibility makes it difficult for users to manage section content efficiently and increases the risk of rework when text must be shortened after the fact.

Proposed Solution:
Display a real-time text size indicator within each BOE section while the user is editing.
Show the current text size relative to the maximum allowed limit so users can monitor usage as they type.
Provide inline warnings when the content approaches the limit and a more prominent alert when the limit is exceeded.
Prevent or clearly flag save attempts that exceed the allowed size before the user completes the save action.
If feasible, support an increased maximum section size beyond 100KB to better accommodate longer content needs while still preserving performance and system stability.
