Feature Request: Copy Skill Mix to Directs with Calculations

Summary:
Enable users to copy a completed Skill Mix table to the Directs tab and apply a selected calculation to automatically populate resource hours.

Problem Statement:
Users who create an ESI lookup and complete a Skill Mix table must manually recreate the same resource mix in the Directs tab and calculate hours for each resource. This is time-consuming, creates opportunities for inconsistencies, and makes it difficult to maintain alignment between the Skill Mix and Directs data.

Proposed Solution:
Add a Copy to Directs action within the Skill Mix table.
Allow users to select the calculation to apply before copying the data.
Populate the Directs tab with the same resource mix from the Skill Mix table.
Calculate and populate hours for each copied resource based on the selected calculation.
Preserve the original Skill Mix data and provide clear feedback if any resources or calculations cannot be copied successfully.
