Risk Assessment Timescale update

Under the Risk Assessments input table that feeds into the DD 1547 form there is a misalignment of unit of measurements. DFARs requirements is in months while Propricer is in Years. The DFARs that drives the requirements for the DD 1547 form, under Working Capital adjustment rate section is measured in month while ProPricer has the length of the contract in years with inability of decimals. This cause the inability to receive the correct rate on the DD 1547 form.
