When Flex/Shifting an individual resource in a Task, the dates displayed in the dialog are the Start and End dates of the Task, not the dates of the spread of the specific resource. If the resource is not spread across the entire Task period of performance, this causes the user to have to calculate the number of months to move the resource. Would like to see the dates in the What-if dialog reflect the dates of the specific target resource.
