Copy a resource from an existing labor rate table to another

In an old version of Propricer, we used to easily be able to pull up an existing Direct rate file and copy individuals from that file to a new labor rate file by clicking an arrow button. That option is no longer available. Now the option is to export/import which is way more time consuming. With out the option to easily move selected individuals we end up copying the whole database to use for a new proposal. Is this something Propricer might be able to add back in?
