Description: The current Travel Distribution Matrix Report breaks down each trip by cost element with a distribution matrix by year and month. We would like the ability to summarize the entire proposals' trips in the same distribution matrix format summarizing all trips and cost across years and months.

Use Case/Example: Report would be used to validate total trips per year on a proposal.
