Direct Rate Override Copy Function includes rates and escalation sets

Description: We had a proposal that used our standard labor category setup that the client requested we modify in a subsequent revision to include key staff (individual names) designations and project role category descriptions. The base rates and escalation sets were not to change, just the description of the category, and in some cases, we had one to many, as more than one key staff member was identified against a given category resource. Unfortunately, there was no good way to copy the existing resource's complete setup including the base rates, escalation sets, etc. into placeholder blank resources that we also include in our direct rate table, and then just modify the resource description to include the key staff member's name and project role description, so we had to manually create those key staff resources using our blank place holders. The description part of that process isn't so bad, but having to re-do the base rates and escalation sets manually for 10 categories was a bit tedious.

If the copy feature of the direct rate override window/grid included the ability to also copy in all of the existing data associated with the source resource (base rate, escalation sets, resource type, resource class, rate type, BTL position, etc.) that would save a tremendous amount of time using the existing copy feature.
