Resource Input Grid Enhancements

Focused on improving resource selection for Services-type proposals:

• Rate Source Selection Field: Add a field to capture the rate source when selecting a resource.

• Rate Attributes Field: Add fields to capture rate attributes for better resource differentiation.

• Optional Resource Selection View: A new optional view accessible via an ellipses (...) next to the Resource field will display all combinations of the selected resource and its attributes. This provides an alternate method of resource selection.
