Summary:
When a proposal contains a selected value from any defined proposal user fields (PUF) and when an archive is created, it will contain all the values associated with each PUF.
Problem Statement:
Depending on the intent of the PUF and whether it was meant for external customers or not, this inclusion of all values of a given PUF could unnecessarily expose company information.
Proposed Solution:
Provide a toggle that allows users to either include or exclude the PUF when creating an archive file with the default set to exclude.
If the option to include is selected, then only include the selected value and not the entirety of the list used for that particular field.
This also includes the Prepare for Government feature
Benefits:
This allows customers to control what additional information is included without risking any type of exposure as well as reducing the overall size of the archive files
