Expose the Role and Company System Fields in Reporting

Summary:
Make the Company and Role system fields available throughout reporting and resource-management capabilities for the Services (Rate Builder) proposal type. These fields, currently located in the Rate Contributors section of the Bid Rates tab in Rate Builder, should be accessible in reports, Resource Tables, Resource Selections, and other relevant reporting contexts.

Problem Statement:
Users building Services proposals cannot currently use Company and Role data to organize or analyze rate contributors outside of Rate Builder. This limits their ability to group, sort, filter, and report on resources by company or role, requiring manual workarounds and reducing the usefulness of resource reporting.

Proposed Solution:
Expose the Company and Role system fields for Services (Rate Builder) proposals in all applicable reporting and resource-management areas.
Allow users to select these fields as report columns and use them for grouping, sorting, filtering, and other supported report configurations.
Make the fields available in Resource Tables and Resource Selections where contributor data is displayed or managed.
Ensure the fields remain consistent with the values maintained in the Rate Contributors section of the Bid Rates tab.
