Feature Request: Auto-Numbered Roster Positions and Sortable Outputs

Summary:
Provide a native, auto-numbered roster position field in ProPricer 9 services (Rate Builder). Allow users to sort outputs and reports by this field to maintain a consistent roster order without manually managing position numbers.

Problem Statement:
Users currently maintain roster position numbers manually, adding repetitive work and increasing the risk of numbering errors and inconsistent ordering. Without sorting by roster position in outputs and reports, users may need to reorder results manually to match their intended roster sequence.

Proposed Solution:
Add a native roster position field that automatically assigns sequential position numbers to roster entries in Rate Builder.
Keep position numbers consistent as entries are added, removed, or reordered, without requiring manual renumbering.
Make roster position available as a sort field in applicable outputs and reports so users can present entries in roster order.
Preserve existing roster data and relationships when position numbers change.
