Feature Request: Paragraph Pagination Controls

Description: Add paragraph-level pagination controls to the section and paragraph properties in Cost Volume Pro, similar to the options available in Microsoft Word. The controls should include Widow/Orphan control, Keep with next, Keep lines together, and Page break before. These settings will give users more precise control over page layout, helping prevent awkward page breaks and improving document readability and professionalism.

Requested Controls:

• Widow/Orphan control: Prevent a single line of a paragraph from appearing alone at the top or bottom of a page.

• Keep with next: Keep a paragraph on the same page as the paragraph that follows it.

• Keep lines together: Keep all lines of a paragraph on the same page.

• Page break before: Force a paragraph to start at the top of a new page.

Use Case/Example: When preparing complex cost volume documents, users often need headings, subheadings, introductory paragraphs, tables, and other structured content to flow cleanly across pages. For example, a heading should stay with the paragraph that follows, a short paragraph should not split across pages, and certain sections may need to begin on a new page. Supporting the full set of paragraph controls would reduce manual formatting work and help users produce polished, submission-ready documents more efficiently.
