Feature Request: "Keep with Next" Section Setting

Description: Add a "Keep with Next" setting to the section properties and defaults in Cost Volume Pro, similar to the feature available in Microsoft Word. This setting will allow users to specify that a given text should always be kept on the same page as the following text or paragraph, improving document formatting and preventing awkward page breaks.

Use Case/Example: When preparing complex cost volume documents, users often need to ensure that certain headings or sections are not separated from the content that immediately follows. For example, a section header and its introductory paragraph should always appear together on the same page for better readability and professional presentation.
