Feature Request: Hierarchical Access for Assigned Document Sections

Summary:
Enable users assigned to a higher-level section of a document structure to automatically view and edit all child elements within that section. This would ensure that assignment at a parent level properly extends access and edit permissions to the underlying subsections and related content.

Problem Statement:
Currently, when a user is assigned to a higher-level section in the document structure, they may not automatically gain visibility or editing access to its child elements. This creates inefficiency because users responsible for a full section must navigate access limitations or require additional assignments at lower levels. It also increases administrative overhead and can slow down document management workflows.

Proposed Solution:
Allow parent-level assignments in the document structure to inherit downward to all child elements within that section.
Ensure that a user assigned to a section, such as Root/Price and Cost Data, can automatically see and edit all of its child sections without needing separate assignments.
Preserve the hierarchical relationship so that permissions remain aligned with the document structure.
Apply this behavior consistently across all nested levels unless a specific restriction is intentionally configured.
Clearly indicate inherited access in the user interface so users and administrators understand why a user can view or edit child elements.
