Mail in the Project

Description: Need the ability to have all emails related to a project saved to the project and the ability to email from a project.

Use Case/Example: Most communication about a project happens via Outlook. The problem is that the documentation exists only in certain people's email inboxes. People will leave the company, and then that conversation documentation is gone. If a project had an email address that could be CCed on emails and a project inbox to read and replay those emails, it would go a long way toward preserving that data.
