Feature Request: SharePoint Integration

Summary:
Enable bidirectional integration between Management Pro and customer SharePoint by allowing specific Management Pro folders to be shared to designated SharePoint locations and by ingesting documents uploaded to those linked SharePoint folders back into the Management Pro document tree. Ensure that all documents arriving via SharePoint inherit existing access tags, classification levels, and audit/metadata rules.

Problem Statement:
Many organizations already rely heavily on SharePoint for document workflows, collaboration, and approvals. Without integration, they must either duplicate effort by manually moving documents into Management Pro or accept that key content—and its history—remains outside the governed Management Pro repository. Manual copying increases errors, reduces adoption, and makes it harder to maintain a complete, compliant portfolio record.

Proposed Solution:
Allow customers to designate a Management Pro folder to be shared with a specific SharePoint location, establishing a persistent link between the two.
Ensure that documents uploaded to a linked SharePoint folder are automatically added to the corresponding Management Pro folder.
Apply the same access tags and Project-level classification associated with the target Management Pro folder to all documents arriving via SharePoint, so they are governed identically to direct uploads.
Honor all existing audit trail and metadata requirements for documents synchronized from SharePoint, including logging of creation events and metadata capture.
Enforce the same supported file type and size restrictions on SharePoint-sourced documents as on documents uploaded directly into Management Pro.
Position SharePoint Integration as a complement to, not a replacement for, customer SharePoint, focusing on feeding Management Pro with relevant content rather than bulk-migrating historical archives in MVP.
