Feature Request: Bulk sharing for dashboards and reports

Summary:
Enable users to share dashboards and reports with multiple users at once through a filterable selection interface. This feature would streamline the sharing process by allowing a user to choose a dashboard or report and then select many recipients in a single action.

Problem Statement:

Proposed Solution:
