Entering dates in the proposal properties screen (Start Date, End Date, Due Date) requires many clicks especially when changing the month and year. Recommend date entry like CE.

Reports: BOE Detail report generates when there are direct estimates not assigned to a formula. The estimate not assigned to a calculation is excluded from the BOE. Recommend the BOEs not generating if there is this kind of error.

Add functionality similar to the change log in CE to see when estimates were changed in the system. This would include the name and time stamp of when a change would be made.

Similar to the BOE View screen where the user has an option to customize what items are seen at the top of the page, adding that functionality to the Dashboard will help the users be able to expand the both the estimate and cost by year screens at...

BOE Reports: Add workflow approval and finalized date plus the approvers name in the work authorization section of the Bid Cost Worksheet? Show who approved the BOE and when, like a time stamp.

The ability to enable and disable auto calculations at the proposal properties/template level.

Proposal User Fields from CE

The ability to drag a task to another PBS. The task cannot be moved if it is connected to a BOE at the PBS Level.

Enable the default filter row on all grides, and remember user settings.

The options are confusing, specifically the option Task means for SOW on both and BOE-only Task. I think it will be better if we have separate options for Link SOW and Link BOE.
